23 Years of service on Boards of Directors and Advisory Groups

Ms Ayres’ Board experience includes a Director role with CMS Energy (NYSE: CMS), a Michigan-based electric and gas utility. At the conclusion for her nine years of service, she was recognized by her fellow directors for significant contributions to the company’s forward strategy, with an emphasis on clean energy, environmental and sustainability matters, and corporate governance.
She is currently a Board Member of the United States Energy Association (USEA).
She has been a member of the Steering Committee of Chapter Zero Italy, the Climate Governance Initiative of the World Economic Forum (it’s mission is to elevate the understanding of the Climate challenge at the Director level).
She also served as a member of the Advisory Council of the US National Renewable Energy Laboratory and as a Director of Alliance Resource Partners (NASDAQ: ARLP).
